Currently, a forest fire is ongoing in the Santo Domingo commune, located in the Valparaíso region.
In response to the emergency, the National Service for Disaster Prevention and Response (Senapred) has issued an evacuation order for the El Yali Alto area.
The agency has activated the SAE messaging system and urged the public to remain calm and follow the instructions provided by authorities and response teams.
Additionally, they requested that during the evacuation, «do not forget to consider your pet and their needs.»
